All returns/exchanges most have all tags and receipts. Returned items must be returned for a full refund in 15 days of when it was purchased. Customer pays the shipping fee for return/exchange and the shipping fee on new items. There is also a $15 restock fee for all returns/exchanges. If you are returning a item for exchange you have 30 day from when it was purchased. Items most be in condition that they where reseved to get refund or exchange. Exchanges must be for the same item.
